It’s good to be back after celebrating Macie’s Toy Story Palooza Disney Birthday 🎉—and what better time to reflect on this quote than after a trip to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!”  Experiencing the magic of Disney reminded me just how much teamwork, creativity, and collaboration it takes to bring something extraordinary to life.

Many years ago, I was fortunate to experience a behind-the-scenes tour of all the parks while developing a trade show concept for United Technologies. Every ride, every story, every detail is the result of an incredible team using their unique superpowers to create something unforgettable. Those storytelling lessons continue to guide me today!

So this week, Grandpa’s wisdom feels especially fitting. His quote reminds me that success doesn’t come from doing it all alone. From crafting engaging stories to building meaningful partnerships, many of my friends are helping to make the magic happen in the Macieverse.

It’s all about recognizing, respecting, and cultivating the superpowers of others. When we embrace the idea that we’re all in this together, we unlock the ability to create something greater than ourselves.

Whether it’s Disney magic or the magic of the Macieverse, one thing is clear: Collaboration is what makes the magic happen!

Take a pause to appreciate the team around you—at work, at home, or in your community. Learn from their strengths, celebrate their contributions, and support their growth.
