“Hey Little One, just because it fits on your plate doesn’t mean it belongs at your table.”  — Grandpa

This one hits different the longer you’ve been around.

When you’ve worn a lot of hats…

And gathered a lot of skills…

It’s tempting to say yes to everything that “fits.”

But here’s the truth:

Being good at something doesn’t mean it’s good for you.

And not every task deserves to grow in your garden.

These days, I ask myself:

👉 Does this help the mission bloom?

👉 Is this the best use of my time, care, or calling?

Because wisdom isn’t doing it all.

It’s knowing when to leave space—

So others can plant, grow, and thrive.

And trust me:

There’s a whole field of people ready to bloom.

Give them the room — Watch what happens!

Here’s to:

Planting your time where it matters.

Growing with purpose (not just productivity).

Sharing the garden with those who are ready 💚

P.S. What’s something you’re not planting this season?
